Registration is now open for Archives and auteurs, a conference examining the ways in which the study of the archives of filmmakers and the film industry can provide new perspectives and insights into the history of cinema. Panels will look at a variety of topics including collaboration and authorship; Ingmar Bergman’s archival legacy; the cinema authorship of Lindsay Anderson; the role of the producer; the transition from script to screen; and new insights into British cinema history.
